I had a great experience it was fun going to physio after school once a week and sometimes with my friend too. the physio therapists are are very nice and helpful and the front desk lady is very nice and will make sure you have a good availability for your next appointment plus the right time for your appointment as well. You can also call any time if something popped up and you can’t make it to your appointment you can always reschedule And if you’re going to be running late, you could also call and just tell them that you’re gonna be like 510 minutes late too. (Side note if you want to ride an e scooter to your physio appointment you can bring it in doors when you get there and put it out of the way of people inside so you know it’s safe and so your battery doesn’t slowly run out because it’s out in the cold when it’s in side your battery will stay warm so you have enough battery to ride it home or if you want to ride around town after).

Been to PT here on and off for a few years now. I’ve experienced nothing but kindness, patience, and professionalism with all staff. Dr. Brett is attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. Caroline is always smiling and friendly at the front desk, and ready to help with scheduling and insurance. Overall a great team to be on my recovery team! Thanks for your continued support :)

I’ve been bringing my boys for physio and Chiro for over a year and we have had nothing but an amazing experience with everyone at the clinic. I am now coming for physio, chiro and massage after a car accident and love the care from each of the staff. The receptionist is so kind and helpful as well and always greets us with a smile. I have been having my hands treated and it has been great. I have a lot more mobility in my fingers as they are not as stiff. I love the heat and wax treatments as they help a lot. The manual manipulation Komal really helps. Caroline on the front desk is always helpful and I get appointment times that work for me.
