Ordered Nature's Bliss arrangement for our Aunt's 80th Birthday. She was delighted with the flowers, and said they were very fresh and beautiful.

Leeann has such wonderful staff, knowledgeable and made my 30th birthday flowers look as if they were designed for a magazine!

I’ve taken sometime to think about what to say regarding how our wedding flowers were handled, which honestly has been incredibly disheartening! I’m throughly disappointed by how we were treated, definitely felt we were not a priority at all and what she was going to send us was HORRENDOUS! I asked this florist to be apart of our day over a year and a half ago after seeing awesome reviews, I wish I could say we had the same experience! 4pm the day before our wedding I received a photo message asking how I liked the bouquet. It was NOTHING like I had asked, color was way off, shape wasn’t anything like I asked for and the fact she had only made a mock up on my bouquet (even though we had ordered 6 bouquets, 6 boutonnieres and 2 corsages), and nothing else was done made me feel like our wedding order was forgotten! Keep in mind, we ordered all dried flowers, which realistically could’ve been done weeks in advance! Then to top it off, she was going to make the boutonnieres and corsages out of a colour that had nothing to do with our colour Scheme, then blamed my now husband for supposedly changing the color, even though she hadn’t chatted with him about anything other then delivery! Not only was she not willing to rectify the issues, She instantly had her back up saying “I’ve never experienced this in all the years I’ve been doing flowers”! Basically hinting it was my fault for not liking what she created! The biggest issue behind all of this, I decided to go to the flower shop that afternoon to see if I could figure out how to fix this to make it work, I was told she wasn’t willing to stay any later than 5:30 PM even though she hadn’t made a single thing we ordered and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by 11am, 45 minutes from her shop! So honestly if you’re looking for flowers for such an important day! LOOK ELSEWHERE! Or else you’ll be like me running around the literal night before your wedding needing to create flowers for yourself and your bridal party, including parents and grandparents!

Purchased flowers for my sisters birthday, they looked great.
Went to visit my sister 3 days later and they were all dead. This is not the first time I've had problems at this place.
Will be going elsewhere next time
