first time at willow salon and got a full color and cut. My hair dresser was Kylie and she did such a fabulous job. The environment was very nice and Kylie was so kind and friendly. If you want a good hair salon in Dundas or Hamilton in general, go to Willow salon. I’ll definitely be back :)

Such a great experience at Willow Salon! I had highlights and a trim by Alysia and she was fantastic! I had never been to the salon before and wasn't sure what I wanted but she was able to take my unclear ideas and make it happen perfectly (without overdoing the trim!). The salon was welcoming and warm and super easy to be in. I'll definitely go back.

My regular salon cancelled the day before my appointment due to short staff. I spent hours calling around, trying to find someone that could do my hair last minute.
Willow spa came through for me and Kylie did a great job. They’ve gained a new client!

Note*** (and not the salon's fault) I couldn't find their parking lot so parked on the street in front of the salon. I put two toonies in the meter but still got a 30$ fine because the meter was apparently broken and I didn't pay through the app??? Just give yourself enough... read full review
