Great experience! I walked in for a blood test and an EKG on Fri. Mar. 22 at 12.30 pm. After a short wait of approx. 25 min., my tests were done by a very friendly, personable, efficient and knowledgeable technician. All was done by 1.30 pm. Compliments to everyone there, especially to the tech who served me!

I’ve been going to this Life Labs clinic for many years now. Too many to count, as my health situation requires me to have constant blood tests ordered by my Family G.P. I’ve been to other clinics, like when I moved out of town, I’m back in the Dundas, ON area again, so I always choose this particular clinic. I try and book an appointment, to avoid waiting time, always greeted by friendly staff on hand, and always treated gently by all the technicians who are employed there. There’s plenty of parking in the plaza of 60 Hatt Street in the Rexhall Pharmacy. I went here with an appointment around 9am on a Thursday morning. I always prefer to make appointments and they took me in right on time. I will say there was about 10 other people with no appointment but they moved through them very quickly.Ive been to a TON of lifelabs locations more so in Toronto and usually not the best customer service but here it was the exact opposite. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and very helpful.I will absolutely go to this location again. Was in and out super quick and a great experience overall.
