Had an appointment with Charlie for two autistic children, and I cannot thank him enough for his patience, willingness to explain the process and the 'why's in order to make these kids feel comfortable. Previous experiences have resulted in both being terrified of blood draws resulting in major meltdowns at the idea of them.
Although it was difficult to support them through this blood draw, we will be able to refer back to this experience in the future, and build on it, where they were respected, their needs were met, and their advocacy for their own needs honoured.

The gentleman that first spoke to me upon my arrival set the tone for my entire visit. He was efficient, knowledgeable but most importantly, he was kind. I am sorry that I do not have his name, but he was working at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday October 20th, 2025.
I went in for bloodwork super nervous, and I’d never been by myself. Tes/Tas (I can’t remember how to spell her name) from Dundas LifeLabs drew my blood and was lovely! She helped me calm down, and was super gentle with the needle. Worked with vigilance in checking over my lab and was the sweetest and I barely felt it! Made sure I was okay afterwards. Very positive in the early morning and made my experience amazing. I will definitely be back, thank you Tes!
