John did a fantastic job of communicating and being honest. Upon arrival he noted the repair was not required as the builder already had waterproofing installed. I had no idea and could have easily been taken advantage of.

What started as a small leak, turned into a major waterproofing task and John and Dave were incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. We had more water entering our house than we knew, and they were able to fix the entire problem at an extremely reasonable cost. We used to change our dehumidifier daily, and now we haven’t emptied it in 3 weeks!! I often look at reviews to pick my services, so I wanted others to know that I would use Foundations First again in a heartbeat.

I want to personally thank John and Dave for an outstanding job on the repair and replacement of my window wells all around my home. It was a complex project but they did it anyway and we are very pleased with the outcome. I had to juggle between some other work being done so John was able to find time to squeeze me in and balance the work out between other contracted work to be completed first. Dave was kind enough to stop before all his work was completed in order to allow me to get the other contracted repairs completed and return at a later date when I was ready for them to finish the work.
