I just had my fireplace serviced by Express Heating and Cooling and couldn't be more pleased. They were able to give me an appointment in less than 24 hours after I called. The service agent Dan, arrived in the time slot I was quoted.. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and polite, answered all my questions and had my fireplace running efficiently again within an hour. When he came in, I identified 3 parts that I thought might need replacing. When he finished cleaning and adjusting parts, he told me that everything was in working order but it was up to me if I wanted new parts put in. Wow - Honesty and craftsmanship! I would DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend them!
