The gentleman on the phone was great. Colin the technician showed up very promptly and unlocked the lock rather quickly. Knows his stuff! He was very polite. Now I understand why all the “Dundas A Small Town but a Big Challenge” members on Facebook suggested them. Thank you Colin.
