Crodon's employees who work in the field are excellent. The cabinet installer was wonderful, accomodating and friendly to work with (Adam). The counter top company was also very accomodating and made changes on the spot. The owner of Crodon, and his staff in the office were often difficult to work with. Lack of communication, and personal interactions were very frustrating to deal with. They will not speak to you on the phone, only through the co-construct app. Questions would often not be answered in a timely fashion or at all.They laid off the designer of my kitchen (who did a wonderful job!!) and did not contact me for weeks.
