I travel from Thunder Bay to see this vet and I am happy to do so. He is absolutely amazing with my dog. He is also extremely good with me as well. He explains everything, he never makes me feel stupid, he answers all of my questions, he never wastes my time or my money. His staff are very friendly, warm and eager to help and are always smiling when you walk in the door. I made an appointment for my dog who was coming on the end of his battle with cancer and his staff booked me in. He went out of his way the next day, on a Saturday, to call me to make sure that my dog was comfortable and I had everything I needed for him in the meantime. Very clearly dedicated to the wellbeing of animals. If you live in the area I cannot recommend this clinic enough.10/10 customer service10/10 friendliness10/10 communication10/10 compassion for living creatures - both for my cats and myselfI am driving from Saskatoon to Ottawa and one of my three cats is refusing to take gabapentin sprinkled over their food. As I was approaching Dryden I called this clinic to see if they had gabapentin in liquid form, they did not. Amazing team and service at this clinic! Our farmily was travelling through in high temps and the clinic provided us with electrolytes for our horses. They also had a great variety of repellents for the bugs. Excellent customer service. Thank you to this wonderful team!
