Absolute joke! Called me for a follow up, which would be probably 10 minutes in office, that could have been done over the phone but expected me to come into the office. Nobody would tell me what it was for, just that it was a "follow up". You people are an absolute joke and you think you deserve higher wages? Screw you.

The majority of the staff is friendly and courteous, I still feel half taken seriously, at best.But a huge part of the problem is Absolutely no walk-in clinic... Wait for weeks for an appointment with a doctor you might have, play roulette with the RPNs possible availability, or go to Emerge. Frustration doesn't come close. It's a burden on the system and the health of the residents. Northern Ontario Healthcare... We'll get to it

Can only make appointments on mondays, but on mondays not only are they closed until 3pm, but the machine just puts you on hold for 15min and then says 'thank you goodbye' before hanging up. Never ANYONE at the phones!
