Last night our furnace decided it wanted a night off, so I called Cory from Comfort Zone and explained the situation. It was the end of the day, and I told him we had a gas fireplace, so we’d survive until morning. Cory told me to turn the furnace fan on so the fireplace heat would circulate through the house. Connor was amazing. Super thorough. With a new baby, my attention span is that of a fruit fly, he made sure we understood how to work our new thermostats as well as checked anything any everything for issues that might come up in the future. He’s our guy from now on.

From a commercial perspective we have been using the team at Comfort Zone for many years. We highly recommend them to anyone looking. They are responsive when there are challenges but more importantly, offer preventative measures to reduce risk of issues in the future. They have helped us construct a location, repair issues that arise and do our regular quarterly maintenance at all our locations. Give the team there a call, you will be impressed.
