When the old nails gave out, the roof started to leak in dozens of places.We had 9 different roofing companies come out, with products ranging from natural slate to steel to aluminum to shingles to plastic. Metal Roof Outlet’s quote, for Vicwest True Nature Slate, was the second lowest. The product was beautiful. The salesman, Mike Van Beers, was knowledgeable. He talked to us about the product and company, when the other reps mostly bad-talked the competitors.Metal Roof Outlet quoted on the entire job, whereas others were piecemeal, with one company wanting us to remove the slate ourselves and another asking us to provide the bin. Metal Roof Outlet did everything.They came out on the day they said, worked steadily for 3 days, and left behind a beautiful roof and a perfectly cleaned up worksite.Fantastic work all around.

Very good experience with this company, Mike Cosyns was very patient with us until we got the funds together and was able to keep costs close to what was quoted. After a year of putting it off. After putting a deposit down a week later they came and did the roof. The crew was very good and worked all day finished in one day and cleaned up after they were done. They answered any questions I had. Thank you so much Mike C and installation crew it is a beautiful roof very pleased

We had our roof installed last year and had an unexpected leak in our roof after installation. Took a little back and forth and some repeat service calls to fix, but ultimately the roof looks great and no more leaks. Thanks for your persistent effort.

Replaced our wind-damaged shingle roof with a metal shingle roof by Metal Roof Outlet. Our realtor recommended them to us and we're happy we called. Their quote for a metal-style shingle was very competitive with other London-area metal roofers. And they managed to complete the job in a day. Happy with the work and look thus far - time will tell if the product (Tilfcor CF shingles) will last but I am comfortable with what was done and would recommend this company for metal roofing.
