Wonderful job installing our new water heater. Arrived on time and got the job done quicky. Pat and his crew cleaned up after and you would never even know they were there. Great workmanship. I highly recommend.
It pays to shop around. I called a local gas company to see about purchasing the same furnace I have now. That company told me, they were unable to get, Rinnai any more. They wanted to sell me a fireplace. Which I was fine with. A week later with no heat (Since Jan 4th, I was using plug in heaters). I was told the unit wouldn't be in for 3-4 weeks. I really didn't want to be without heat for another month. I called around. After talking to a few different companies I spoke to Pat Caron HTC. Super duper service. I had a spring go on my hot water tank. The over flo valve. Called him. Had service about 1 hour later. They ordered my new Rinnai, Jan 14 it came... read full review
Well it’s official I’ve had my new boiler for two months now “this is the best boiler” I can’t believe how warm my house is this year,, Everything about my experience with Pat Caron and his crew was perfect ,, they are very professional and got the job done and in a timely fashion, this boiler does the job,, thx Pat and Crew ?
