It pays to shop around. I called a local gas company to see about purchasing the same furnace I have now. That company told me, they were unable to get, Rinnai any more. They wanted to sell me a fireplace. Which I was fine with. A week later with no heat (Since Jan 4th, I was using plug in heaters). I was told the unit wouldn't be in for 3-4 weeks.
I really didn't want to be without heat for another month.
I called around.
After talking to a few different companies I spoke to Pat Caron HTC. Super duper service.
I had a spring go on my hot water tank. The over flo valve. Called him. Had service about 1 hour later.
They ordered my new Rinnai, Jan 14 it came Jan 19. Installed Jan 20.
I am very, very happy.
