I am very pleased with the response, professionalism and actual service provided by Baker Heating and Air. The technician (Travis) went above and beyond our expectations and left us confident in our furnace and air conditioning needs. The office staff at this location are very knowledgeable and efficient providing great information on service and products. We found their pricing very reasonable.

We had one of our two fireplaces go down this weekend and called Baker on Monday morning. The technician (Travis?) showed up right after lunch as promised. He got us up and running but more importantly, after he was done, the fireplace looks brand new. The unit fires up more quickly and the flames look great.We had asked if he could check out our 20 year old FP and he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it. I swear it has never looks as good.We are so happy with their service we plan on getting them to perform maintenance on both our units at least once every 2 years.

This is the most honest company I have ever worked with. I used this company back in April when my furnace wasn't working. I had other companies try to exploit me. Lying to my face telling me that the furnace was out of warranty and then a very high pressure sales pitch for a new furnace. I was quoted $6000 for a new furnace. I called Baker for a quote to replace the furnace because they came recommended by a friend. Kevin Baker came to do the quote. He informed me I did not need a new furnace. The heat exchanger was still covered under warranty and the could replace. I only need to pay the cost of labor. Travis came to do the replacement. He was service was amazing!...read full review
