After visiting the store on multiple occasions, I decided to a add a review to highlight the positive experience. In summer 2020, we visited the store the first time, after it was recommended by our contractor. The service received was useful in making informed choices. In 2021, I returned for additional products and it was another positive experience. The store closes at noon on Saturdays and has decent hours during the week as well.

Claude thoroughly went above and beyond providing me with help in acquiring hard to find parts and also assisting me with installation questions I had with a recent plumbing dilemma. His many years of experience and knowledge came through once again. Sometimes, you only have repairing options rather than replacing options when the budget is tight!
