Contacted Ken in regards to iPhone charging issue. He advised to bring phone to store & would be fixed same day. Took phone to store & Ken resolved issue with charging port in seconds due to my error. There was no charge, Not even a coffee. Kens customer service skills & knowledge are above & beyond any business I have encountered in some time. Further discussion revealed that Ken is skilled at computer/PC issues & updates. I will be taking my laptop in for a tune up shortly. Ken, thanks again & keep up the fantastic job.

Ken is ABSOLUTELY the best!!! I stopped in yesterday afternoon expecting the worst that my iPhone charging port would need to be replaced. My phone was increasingly difficult to charge over the past months and I was avoiding bringing my phone in for repairs as I could not be without my phone as I no longer have a landline and also must coordinate all my palliative mother's home care schedule because she lives with my husband and I (which Ken had no idea of). Went in with a completely dead phone that showed no life. They were able to fix it and replace the parts quite quickly. Forever thankful as I had so many precious memories stored on the phone and was able to have them again and even continue using the phone! Very understand staff and extremely helpful! 100% recommend!
