Adam is a true professional with great attention to detail. He was punctual and took the time to trouble shoot another issue in our household that warranted a professional's opinion. Our original service call was completed in a manner which rectified the issue and Adam's price was very fair too. I would recommend Adam and his team without hesitation!
We have used Adam MacDonald several times on both our own home and our rental units. They are always so quick, professional, kind, and I never feel like we’re over charged or pushed to pay for more work than is necessary. 100% recommend them. **I sent this review in the past and I stand by it again. They continue to be quick to respond, professional, and reasonably priced every time we call them. Can't recommend them enough!
Thank you so much for restoring some normalcy to our lives so quickly. Three days without water is challenging, and we could not have lasted another day. We emailed Adam MacDonald's plumbing at 8 PM on a Thursday night, and a plumber was on his way the next morning. By 8:45 AM, a plumber was in our house, fixing our kitchen sink valves. He was very friendly and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better help.
