Dave was great to deal with through the entire process of dealing with a furnace replacement needed as a result of plumbing leak at my rental. Was very helpful navigating matters with the insurance company. Came out same day, coordinated asap with plumber and got the new furnace in shortly after. Understood the urgency and prioritized accordingly. A professional!!! Would certainly use DB HVAC again. I read the reviews to select someone in the area (since the insurance company was 0 help) and well the reviews were spot on.
We had a new furnace installed. Dave and Dave were very professional and courteous. Dave Brown was very knowledgeable with all the questions we had about our ventilation system. Highly recommend their services!!
David serviced our boiler. He showed up on time, was polite and very thorough. He took the time to give our system the attention it deserved. David definitely knows HVAC. Would not hesitate to use again. A+
