Inna was fantastic. From the moment we got there she was very accommodating. She listened to what we had to say and in the consultation, she asked many questions to get to know my daughter's vision and preferences. We learned a lot throughout the entire process and she explained every product she was using and everything she was doing at every step of the way. She tested different brands of hair gel and showed me how to tell which brands will be accepted by the hair and which will be rejected by the hair. It was a great experience from Start to finish. In the end, the salon added an extra service we weren't aware of until it came time to pay the bill, but I paid it and we were very happy with the service and especially with Inna. WIll be back again! Thanks Inna!

My curls look amazing and bouncy. Roxanna my stylist gave me a lot of useful feedback about how to apply products and style my hair. There was no hard sell for any products, which I really appreciated.

Quyana did such an amazing job with my dry curly cut and styling. I started with uneven, frizzy long hair and she totally changed how my curls form.
I didn't think i'd be able to keep it up after washing it myself, but even after washing and adding my own products (+the couple amazing ones she recommended) I really see the difference in my curl pattern!! Thanks so much. Will for sure keep coming back to see her. She definitely knows her stuff.

After not getting a proper haircut in almost 3 years and having heat damage, Inna helped me refresh my curls! She took the time to understand what I wanted and showed me the overgrown section of hair at the back of my head. I also asked for baby bangs which can be a bit scary for a curly girl 😅, but once I was able to get home and style the bangs to my liking, everything looked so great! Thanks Inna!

Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it at all. I already know how to scrunch my hair and put on a ton of gel myself. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Just half an hour after leaving, all my hair went completely frizzy again. I’ve been to other places before where they actually styled each curl individually with their fingers. I am not satisfied at all, and it’s way too expensive.

Typically when I go to hair salons I’m embarrassed because of my hair density and length, I’m an undesirable client for most stylists. Quyana was so kind, taught me how to recover my curls, and was very gentle throughout the entire process. I walked in nervous and left confident. Quyana did an amazing job. Somehow with my fumbled and mumbled instructions, she gave me exactly what I looking for. The curly cut and color I received were absolutely beautiful. I love her communication style- She's direct and will tell you what will work, but at the end of the day she will respect your wishes. The combination of advice, explanation and just overall big sister vibes (iykyk) really turned an overwhelming and uncomfortable experience into one where I felt seen and taken care of. My hair lightened a bit more than expected in one spot through no one's fault, and both Paula and Quyana immediately sat me back down to fit it. Thank you. Sincerely- I'm so timid and scared in these situations (it's all foreign to me) and you reassured me. I appreciate the wonderful service and you calming my nerves.
