Sychem is an honest company. We had Vipul Patel come over to install new heat pump and did a very professional job. He was very honest and sincere and made sure only required new components were installed and not the ones that were working in perfect condition and not charged for. Really appreciate the honesty as that is very hard to find these days. Would definitely recommend Sychem and will continue to use Sychem when I need as they have built trust with me which means alot.

Sychem repaired and serviced my heat pump in 2021. In the middle of a heat wave. They installed a rental a/c and took my unit to the shop. It’s worked beautifully ever since But over the weekend I could not get heat. Just room air. Resetting did not work. I called yesterday afternoon and got appointment for today. Once again the serviceman found the problem quickly and installed a replacement part. He also flushed the water and check the unit thoroughly. Thumbs up condition all within 1 hour.

I spoke with Talib and got more value from a five minute call than I have from many longer conversations with others in the industry. He and his team are both reasonably priced and stand out for their knowledge and level of service.
