We appreciate the good works done by the repair team: John and Peter in replacing all the connecting floor & door strips for our unit Ph18 Tower E. They make the color of the floor and doors in our suite looking perfectly matched and in syn. Previously there were in 3 different color modes. Many thanks for all their efforts.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a homeowner with The Remington Group. Based on their reputation, I expected professionalism and quality craftsmanship — unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. If you are considering purchasing from this builder, I would avoid unless you're desperate.
They pushed closing back almost to the very end and closed the home before they needed to pay penalties. They clearly had timeline problems and rushed to finish the job as our PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) alone resulted in over four pages of deficiencies, many related to basic workmanship that should never have passed quality control.
