Everything communicates. The Remington Group has control over the land on the NW corner of Prince Edward Drive and Bloor St. in Etobicoke. The land is vacant, pending some sort of permit approval for a condo or apt. While they did cover up two sections of the ugly hoarding, after numerous residents complained to local councillor, a huge chunk of graffiti filled hoarding remains. It's been this way for years now. The view from our windows and front door look out to the mess. Everyone parking to attend All Saints Church see this slum of hoarding.

I've been watching the progress of Markham centre for years now and these guys are the slowest builders ever. It's taken them 3 years so far to build 2 mid rises and haven't even topped out a 30 storey and 25 storey tower. if you look at Vmc it's taken them that timsto build a few 50 storey towers. I will up my rating if Remington starts taking Markham centre more seriously and organizes it more.

I buy a house in Victory Green and the builder is Remington Builder.I was into lots of surprises even the house is not ready. The big surprise for me so far is " no door into the mud room from the garage". They put a window instead.Every time they use the municipal bylaw. They have already know in the fist hand that if they do not dig low enough, ofcause a door cannot be put up and same as the walk out to the yard. Can you imagine to pay 10g for a small deck.I shoud not have upgrade all inside the house if I have know.I think I am going to have more surprise. If anyone thinking of buy a home form this builder think again
