I really love the almonds, and I think the hint of lemon is a nice idea. However, I feel the lemon flavor is a bit too strong, making it hard to eat more than a few because it tastes very acidic. It would be great to slightly adjust the amount of lemon, since the almond should be the star ingredient rather than the citrus.

My experience with Phidelia was awesome, I’ve got the Iranian Akbari pistachios which was so tasty and well roasted, Their Walnuts and Figs was great too.The customer service was prompt, I highly recommend Phidelia.

I use slivered pistachios on my premium hand crafted Baked goods. It is getting closer to Persian New Year and I needed a trustworthy place to purchase the best Premium quality (Real) pistachios.
