Super, completely professional company, not the least expensive but the best we could find for quality and reliability. Father and son business, work done with pride and thoroughness.
I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team at Ontario Downspout Service. From my first call, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They came out much sooner than I expected and took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem rather than rushing through the job.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. They carefully explained their recommendations, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work being completed. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were finished.

Just finished having my roof and eaves completely re-done by Ontario Downspout Service and cannot recommend them enough. From the first conversation with Harvey on the phone, to working with Mark for a detailed inspection and all the on-the-ground work, they were 100% honest and clear about what was needed and what was possible (mine is a 100+ year-old house). Extensive carpentry was required and all was managed while keeping us to the originally envisioned timeline (and just in time for a major downpour).
