I am very happy with the work Mark Stone and his team did. They replaced my roof, eavestroughs, and soffits, and everything turned out amazing. Mark was so easy to work with—he called me to plan the work on the days we agreed on and always kept me updated. The team was super friendly and worked hard. They cleaned up every night, so it was like they had never been there. They also gave me good advice on what colors to choose and even arranged for an electrician to change the light fittings in the soffits. The work was high quality, and they stayed within the original quote, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Mark and his team.
We replaced our eavestroughs and downspouts this summer and ODS was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The over-the-phone estimate we got from Harvey was very reasonable and he made sure to inform us beforehand that the final quote might vary by 5% upon on-site inspection. Mark came out to finalize the quote and we appreciate that when he identified a few problem spots, he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and let us decide if and how we wanted to remedy them. I used to enjoy lying in bed staring at the stars above. Until the rains came, at which point I was forced to accept the fact that my roof needed replacing. After investigating the options I chose Ontario Downspout Service for the job, which was one of my wisest choices ever, roofwise. The owner, Mark Stone, was conscientious and knowledgeable, explaining the tasks that were being undertaken and keeping me up to date with photos of the work’s progress.
