I highly recommend Zack and his team for the excellent value they provided.We had gradual, long-term water damage through the pandemic, in a small bathroom with very limited options for remodeling. Zack was able to provide a few key design ideas that completely opened up the space. He communicated very well and his team delivered all the work on a fast schedule. After some heavy rainfall, we experience some flooding and water damage in our basement so we called Mold Stars to see what can be done. They came in with special machinery to do some testing and ended up finding mold. The person from Mold Stars was very professional and provided us with all the information regarding mold and how it affects our home and health. Mold can be quite dangerous and can cause health issues if not properly removed so I didn’t want to take any chances. Would recommend them.
I was genuinely surprised. It was a really great experience. To beginning Zack shows up at the door on time. During the inspection he was thoughtful and professional. I had called another company previously and they were trying to sell me on their service without an inspection. With Zack it was different, I had requested his help on a problem I THOUGHT I had, he clearly and honestly explained to me that his service was not needed as there wasn't an issue to begin with.To close it out, he refused to get paid for the inspection since he did not find anything. It's reassuring to work with someone whose main concern and priority is honesty with clients.Thank you Zack
