A Beauty Expert and a True Gem!

Purchased a Groupon last year with Lux Beauty for 1-year laser hair removal. I was able to go to the first appointment successfully without any issues and it was quite pleasant. However, when I scheduled my second appointment, the owner informed me that they moved their business to East Gwillimbury, which became too far of a drive for me. She offered a refund initially, but after waiting for a month or so I asked her again and she said she would follow up with her accountant for the refund. However, after sometime passed by I followed up again and she said she could not refund anymore due to some no refund policy. The owner could have told me that in the first place instead of kept me waiting for months, and end up going back on her word. I could have dealt with this issue directly with Groupon earlier on instead of wasting my time. Not to mention they still have not update their address on Google.
