Ali and his team at iCare were so helpful with our LG lemon. It wasn’t iCare’s fault at all, but I could tell that Ali really cared and wanted to get our fridge issue resolved. He was always on time and clearly communicated every step of his process.
Outstanding service from Igor! He was punctual, professional, and very skilled. He repaired our dishwasher quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Was given a 4-7 window for my service call, was pleasantly surprised that the tech (Igor) showed up right at 4 to replace the compressor on my LG refrigerator. Awesome guy, easy to talk to, did a great job with the replacement, and kept things nice and clean. Highly recommend the company and Igor.
