Great service from the I care Appliance team. Vino was amazing. He answered all of our questions, was diligent with ensuring all the connections were working and he came super quick to repair our unit. We highly recommend the company.
I called iCare regarding an issue with my washer and an appointment was set up the following day. The repair person came right on time and explained the issue clearly, giving me several options with different price points. Once we agreed on an option, the repair went through without issue. I advised I wanted to wait a few washes to see if everything continued to work without issue. The repair person jokingly said try 50 washes before leaving a review. While, now that I am finally getting around to it, it most likely has been that many and I have had no issues since.
I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend their service.
My Kenmore brand microwave oven combo had broken down and was constantly showing an error (F43).
I contacted this company, and two of their technicians named Vino and Alex came and repaired the appliance. What made me recommend this company to you is that these technicians were extremely polite and courteous, and most importantly, they made every effort to fix the problem at the lowest possible cost whenever it was feasible.
In my opinion, they were very honest and trustworthy individuals.
