They delivered the product within the shortest timeline, the factory expedited according to my schedule, performed the services on time (the factory provided their timelines that they followed), sales person Ivan addressed all of my issues even while being on vacation.
Had a great experience with HTR windows. We received a few quotes and HTR were very competitive. We went through an energy conservation program and Albina, the sales person we dealt with, was really patient as we went through all of the approvals.
The installers were absolutely phenomenal. There was a team of about 5-10 installers who were efficient, fast, clean and so friendly. Roman ensured we understood everything, answered any questions, explained next steps and was really friendly with us. They finished a big complicated job in a day and cleaned everything up. Really impressed with this crew.
