Giving away FREE memberships to rental tenants across the street while some of us are paying over a thousand dollars a year, shame on you! Overcrowded and dirty, not what it used to be. Will definitely be finding another gym

At any given moment in this gym you will find 2/3 employees socializing with other coworkers or people near front desk. I don’t get how we pay so much but the weights and plates especially are never in their correct spots. weights and rubella scattered across the gym everywhere

I’ve been using this gym for a while and unfortunately there are several maintenance issues that really need attention.
Toilets/urinals are often clogged and smell unpleasant, which makes the locker room area uncomfortable to use.
Water fountains frequently clog, and it feels like the pipes need proper cleaning because both fountains stop working regularly.
Recently the gym FUNALLY added more attachments for cable/line equipment, which is great, but at the same time some older accessories are missing their rubber sleeves and protective guards, making them uncomfortable to use.
Several machines need padding replaced. For example, there is a tag (#126) for reporting damaged equipment but nothing seems to happen after you report it and staff don’t seem to take action when shown So on photos is example of the calf machine that has completely worn-out pads and a slick metal step plate. Using normal weight leaves bruising on the shoulders due to lack of padding and grip.

They have recently upgraded the lights which has made the club much brighter. I really appreciate that because it used to be relatively dark and counterintuitive.

Today the sauna smelled like body odor and had a dozen empty plastic water bottle littered inside. No hot water and towels feel like sandpaper. Last Sunday there were no towels. Excercise equipment not regularly maintained. Many stickers indicating weight on machines are missing or worn out. I estimate over 20 customers this Sunday morning and only one staff at the desk visible. Locker doors broken. Towels on the floor. How can this happen at a club as busy as this? Can they not afford staff to maintain this place?
