Was replacing the foam seat of my wheelchair. I called customer service because the number of options was a bit daunting. They were very helpful, I made the order and received it very quickly. The foam seems to be of very high quality and thanks to the ability to be quite detailed about size, the replacement is perfect. The price was competitive within a couple of dollars and I was pleased to be able to buy Canadian.

This was a VERY easy experience. Needed 4 new mattresses for bunk beds, custom sizes. The prices were great, the service was 10/10 (someone called to make some improvements to what I had ordered and assessed my needs better) - product arrived quickly (less than 2 weeks). Will make me think twice about using Amazon or Wayfair in the future and getting overseas products.
