Got behind their van at a Tim Hortons on Bathurst and Rutherford. Driver was in line up and saw a ‘kidnapped’ poster relating to the October 7th attack on Israel by Hamas on the pole on his way through the drive thru. He proceeded to lean out his window and rip it apart.

Don’t want someone like this in my house or anywhere near me.

My AC stopped working so I called Elite since the previous owner used them to install and service the HVAC. The tech did a quick diagnosis (less than 20 minutes) and concluded the air handler controller needs to be replaced. He then stayed inside his van for almost 30 minutes. I came to check what was going on and heard him talking to other customers. He then told me they didnt have the part in stock and needed to order from manufacturer. Given the fact that they charge a travel fee ($120) and an hourly rate, it is very unprofessional. I was billed 90 minutes labor for 20 minutes work.A few days later I got a quote for the part, $730 with a $200+ markup. I declined it...read full review
