Very pleased with the customer service and repair from Robert and 1st Air. Our AC went out during this heat wave. 1st Air was prompt with an appointment and Robert was detailed in his assessment of the problem. It was all communicated well - the problem, price, timing - and he came back to do the install late Friday which was greatly appreciated. I’ve used this company for new AC and Furnace and have always had great service and quality workmanship. Will use again.
