Works Order 593574. Technician, Jeff, arrived at scheduled time. Had indoor shoes with covers. was very respectful and did through investigation & diagnosis of issue with over range microwave for warranty. I would definitely reach out to Elite Appliance Service, Ottawa if i have any appliance problems in future. thank you for your prompt response.
Work order no 588295: we had an amazing experience with Elite Appliances team to service our refrigerator. WO: 7013638 - Frigidaire sent Elite Appliance to do a warranty repair on my washer/dryer unit. The coordination was smooth and I was kept up to date for each step of the process.
