I want to leave this review to comment about their organization & courtesy at every level. Well done Elite. And please share with all areas of your business The office staff made sure I knew about the appointment by text and by phone. And they were professional and courteous. That part meant a lot as I was dealing with a brand new appliance that I bought from another company. That company set up a repair by email & then never showed and gave an eight hour window at that.
