On the weekend my air conditioner blew on one of the hottest days. I called Edward and as always Edward answered the phone right away. He asked some important questions to surmise the issue. The next day he gave me a time and as always was very punctual. He correctly assessed the situation and fixed it at minimal cost. I was relieved and appreciative for his excellent service! Edward is very personable. It is without a doubt, I would absolutely highly recommend Consumers Energy management.

Edward just installed a new Hot Water Tank. He has been servicing our Furnace and Air Conditioner for about 9 years. He has been a huge improvement from our previous experience with HVAC Contractors.
