I've been a loyal client of Blo Woodbridge for about a year, and while the service is still great, the atmosphere has changed—and not in a good way. I used to love coming in to see Jhanel, Anisha, Ashleen, Elsa, Malaika and Priya—their warmth, professionalism, and energy made every visit special. Lately, though, the vibe feels off. The team seems overworked and drained, and as someone who picks up on energy, it's hard to ignore.

Mona did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was so sweet and styled my hair the best it has EVER looked. I received countless compliments, and the blow out lasted for days. I will absolutely be returning to see Mona :)

The real reason this is getting five stars is because of the owner. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about running a business. I could tell she genuinely cared about my experience and handled my concerns with so much grace and accountability, which says a lot about her character and ethics.
It’s totally normal for things to happen in business… no environment is perfect, and we can’t always hold business owners personally accountable for the actions of their employees. What does matter is how they respond when something goes wrong, and she handled it exactly the way a great owner should.
