I booked an appointment a few hours prior and the customer service was great! Everyone is super friendly. I got a slight trim and partial highlights, Natalia did an amazing job. My hair looks amazing, definitely coming back.

I absolutely love Strands. I have lived in Vancouver, Whistler, Toronto and attended many hair salons and this one stands out for me. The care and attention to my hair is remarkable. The staff are so lovely - all round a fantastic experience.

NATALIIA just gave me such a beautiful haircut. I was really nervous as my hairdresser of 15 years is in Toronto but just could not do the drive anymore. Im so happy i found such a talented hairdresser in Collingwood. She listened to my concerns and delivered a flawless, beautiful cut!! My hair feels so much thicker and just looks fantastic. She knows so much about texture and what else can i say, she is a True Artist!!Thank you
