I went to this salon located at 298 Hurontario in Collingwood in March 2021. I had Donna as my hair stylist who has over 20 years of industry experience. Very friendly & knowledge! I was very impressed from one professional to another. I have very thick hair & had bad experiences with hair stylists at other branches of the same franchise. Donna knew exactly how to cut my hair & provided some great tips. I would recommend highly to visit this hair salon at this franchise. All the staff were very friendly. Their number is 705 445 8888. I don't want to give a negative comment to the whole salon by saying I wouldn't recommend it, but there is one stylist that made my first visit to this salon a not so great experience. I don't know her name, but she has a very strong accent. She is very abrupt and doesn't seem to actually listen to the customer. First off, I keep my hair quite short and when I gave the specifics of lengths for the fade, I was asked if I was military. I said no, I just like my hair short. Part
