Dr.Shafai and his team are awesome. Can't say enough good things about this dentist. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The doctor has a great touch, you can't even tell he is poking around in your mouth.Would recommend this dentist to anyone who values a personal touch with superlative skills. Keep up the great work.

Had a tooth yanked today...Dr. told me exactly what was going to happen. Aftercare instructions, a script to prevent infection and some pain killers(T3)...will be going back for sure and would highly recommend

As a long time patient, the Dr and his team have always been informative, respectful and kind to me. Today he came to say hi eventhough he was doing something else. It matters and I appreciated that.

My son and I are long time patients, we are also both tricky to work on. I have alot of anxiety from another dentist, and my son has some sensory issues. Dr. Shafiei has always been amazing, he makes you feel comfortable, explains everything along the way and is always wearing a smile. He's kind to his staff and I shows. Doctor Shefiei is such an amazing dentist. My daughter had a serious tooth issue and he saw her right away without question. He stayed well into the evening one night helping her and then rearranged his schedule to accommodate an emergency procedure. Again he stayed late and then came in on his day off to do a surgery for a total of six and a half hours. We are so grateful to him for helping our daughter. He always goes above and beyond. He truly cares about his patients. Along with the rest of the staff who all go above and beyond. I highly recommend Hume street Dental. Dr. Shefiei is the nicest man you will ever meet! Thank you!! Best in Collingwood for sure!!!

I took my kids here last month for the first time in 2 years. Used to be a great dental office with great staff. Have a big turn over from 3 years ago they had different hygienist to see. And a different young lady at the front. Those staff were better than everything now. The dentist are nice and all but not a great office anymore

Brought my daughter here for the first time in almost 2 years as we didn't have time and family health issues. The new person at the front desk is not good. I liked Kayla she was amazing. Dr.shafiei is okay dentist very rude to his staff
