They looked after my flooded basement flawlessly. Arranged the furnace replacement, removed, catalogued & cleaned all the contents. They even held onto our stuff for an extra week while we got the space ready for it to be returned. They also dealt with the insurance company for us. Great experience from start to finish.
My insurance company sent Belfor’s Collingwood team in to cleanup after a flood and they did an excellent job. Their staff were respectful, efficient, and gave me confidence to move forward with them for the restoration of my entire basement.
