We've taken our cars here a few times over the last few years, and each time have been grateful for the honest service and fair and competitive pricing. Today's visit was no different - had a dashboard light go on in my van and took it in for a diagnostic. The wait was going to be a little long so I was going to take a cab home, but was generously offered a ride by the lovely lady at the front desk. A few hours later got a call that the van was ready and that no issue was found, just some old codes that had to be cleared. Hands down, fantastic experience at Import Auto! Beyond impressed with all the service. They went above and beyond. I was recommended by a friend and soo glad I went with it. I will be returning here for all future issues and repairs. Anyone that's reviewed and given under 5 stars for these guys, must of been having a bad day. I'd give them a Galaxy of stars if I could. I had my alternator belt snap unexpectedly, CAA arrived shortly after that, and the CAA driver recommended Import Auto for my Subaru. The people at Import Auto are just fantastic!
