I was in yesterday to have my rear brakes looked at and fixed as there was a bad grinding coming from the passenger side-rear brakes.Having the day off due to the Rob Zombie concert the previous night, I only had yesterday to have it fixed and was concerned that I wouldn't have enough time for this Midas to get the job done by EoD.I spoke to Leo on the phone ahead of leaving and was advised that it was possible if I could make it by 12:30pm.True to their word, they first inspected the brakes, finding that my electronic parking brake had seized in that wheel, which had damaged the rotor and worn he pad right off.I was expecting it to be expensive, and when I got the quote,...read full review

I am so, so grateful for Chris and Nick and their entire team. They walked me through the steps I needed to take to work with a tow, and then stayed open late to fix my car. The following two days they’d be closed and I was in from out of town - their kindness and dedication changed the direction of my weekend. Thank you so much!

Very pleasant & respectful receptionist, but the one thing I feel they should have done was order the parts right away instead of trying to call me first which meant they were not ordered in time & my car had to be left for the weekend. I signed the work order, you had my permission. You already told me parts would have to be ordered initially so why call me? That was frustrating.Services: Exhaust
