“Where to begin? Firstly, I love that they auto-bill my insurance. Makes things so easy! Now the people - front desk staff are always lovely, Shelley is a fantastic chiropractor, and Aaron a master masseuse!I've been seeing Shelley on and off for a few years now (for a chronic issue that requires regular maintenance), and she has helped me effectively manage pain flare-ups and improve my range of motion. She's an attentive listener and uses every tool in her toolkit to address each issue and treat it appropriately (not just spinal adjustments). She's friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and a true professional! I also really appreciate the take-home tips for continuing to manage pain and movement between appointments. And boy am I glad I got in to see him! I've seen many great masseuses over the years, but Aaron's approach is unique. He's obviously dedicated to his craft and his technique is highly individualized and adaptive to each issue at hand. He clearly cares about your progress and works to address the cause of pain and movement restriction. This isn't your average massage! My most recent visit was especially helpful, where Aaron was able to release a long held and exceptionally tight trigger point! I am decidedly un-"woo" but what he was able to do was serious magic!
