I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ardiel. She has been an absolutely incredible vet to my dog, Chance, over the years, and I will always be grateful for the care and compassion she showed us.
On January 19, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog down. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but Dr. Ardiel made an unbearable situation as gentle, comforting, and peaceful as it possibly could have been. Her kindness, patience, and understanding truly meant everything to me. She made me feel supported and reassured throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the circumstances.
I have been taking my pets to Balsam for 3 years. Drs are very compassionate and knowledgeable. I always feel like my options are explained to me very well so I can make informed choices.
