We had Ainger group assess and fix an ice damning problem we had. It was difficult to get responses to my initial inquiries for service but once they actually got to the house to do the work, the experience was excellent. To be fair we did contact them during the busiest time of year (right before winter) and they did get our roof done before the snow started falling. Before beginning they sent me a report outlining their assessment, recommendations for fixing the problem and what it would cost. Once the work was complete, they sent another report outlining the work they had completed. Since having the venting fixed, so far this winter we haven’t had any problems... read full review

We sent an email about a leak
And within an hour we received a call
Even during an ice storm. One person was at our house and an other one was calling to see how to help. Extremely helpful. One guy was the repair guy the other was the how can we help guy. We opted for the new shingles. They were on the roof in less than two weeks and the roof was done in just over a weekend. Thank you Scott TJ Rick and his team of Chad and the rest of the lads
Excellent and professional service. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. You receive pictures before, during, and after the work is completed. Working with Scott was easy, he explained all possible options and provided an accurate detailed quote. I would definitely work with Ainger Group again
