Erika was exceptionally easy to work with. She did all the heavy lifting and was clear on what she needed which made it really easy on us getting everything together.Beyond that she was able to provide great recommendations on an appraiser and lawyer in the area that were a pleasure to work with as well. Being our first house we didn't know what would be needed for our remortgage and Erika was there every step of the way and ensured we got the most out of our remortgage experience.She even followed up in person to thank us for our business which was just an extra special touch! There aren't too many in the business willing to go the extra mile but Erika really does. We will use her again for any of our mortgage needs and happily recommend her to anyone else we know in need.She is an absolute gem!
