Customer service was simply wonderful. I came to the Cobourg location for a warranty issue (frying pan) and both Sonja at the returns desk, and Matt, the manager, were professional and helpful and worked quickly too. The frying pan has been discontinued but they gave us options and helped us find a solution that honours the warranty. We are very happy. The store looked great too. It's always a pleasure to shop at our local Canadian Tire. Thank you for another happy shopping experience.

This store has really great customer service, and I really appreciate that the people on the floor take the time to appreciate you as a customer. As a side note, I also love the inexpensive yet beautiful Christmas ornaments that Canadian Tire provides. We are always adding more to our collection thanks to their unbeatable prices!
Many thanks to the team member setting up the Christmas displays, because she may have convinced me to buy more than I needed. lol Honestly, every store needs someone as fun and bubbly as her, because it makes you want to keep going back.

This review is for the auto shop specifically. They were able to help my sister get a popped tire changed on her car on a Sunday at 3pm with no appointment. We are so grateful!!! The team was able to accommodate this unexpected situation and we got two new tires on the car in about an hour ?? Thank you CP Tire Coburg!
