New to the area and couldn’t get our vehicle into the dealer for a repair so called Richard’s on the referral of a friend- they took the car in, told us what it needed (no charge) but were not able to get the part (had to go through Subaru). When the dealership gave us a hard time booking a repair we were able to order the part over counter at Subaru and Richard’s worked to get us in as soon as possible- fixed up and on our way! Reassuring to know that good customer service still exists! Very knowledgeable and professional
