My Parents are travelling across the country and their SUV broke down in Renfew, On. Every other shop simply said they had no time, and that's understandable, but Gibson's made a small exception and said they would take a quick look to see if they could help. Well they did and got the vehicle back up and running. We're super grateful! Amazing customer service on behalf of Andrew and Jamie...most appreciated.

Had a vehicle breakdown on vacation and was planning return travel. I called a few mechanic shops and all were busy, including Gibsons. I explained my desperate situation and they said to stop by to assess, they were extremely busy but were very empathetic to my situation and would do there best to accommodate. I was very please when I arrived at the shop and that they could fit me in and resolved my issues. I was able to continue my travels back to Alberta, on schedule. These guys here are absolutely amazing this was the 2end tire blown I'm coben past 5 year's lol. Both times this garage saved my butt. Both times kiddies were with us and ofcourse in-between. Pays.
