We have been using another local company the past 3 years to open and close our pool with nothing but disappointments, mess ups and poor service. We decided to try Sun-Ray this year for our opening and what an amazing difference! Excellent customer service from start to finish. An amazing team of employees who answer all your questions and get things done the right way the first time! They let us know what was needed and did it. We can't rave enough. They have a customer for the life of our pool and hot tub!

There is no better pool company to deal with in Chatham-Kent. We needed a new liner. We called Sun-Rays Pools & Spas. The whole process from measuring to install was less than 2 weeks. Their install crew of Jay and his team were excellent! We appreciate that they showed up every time they said they would throughout the entire process. Thank you Rick and staff.
